AMSTERDAM POP-UP SHOP CREATES A SLOW FASHION SHOP.

Two designers Alexander van Slobbe and Francisco van Benthum (VSVB) have set up a pop-up shop in Amsterdam with the purpose to slow-down fast fashion dominating the 21st Century textiles retail market.

In an attempt to raise awareness among customers about the garments they wear and how they were produced , VSVB have launched a range of up-cycled clothing with a twist. The initial garments are the 'dead stock' from larger clothing companies.

This collection is called "Hacked". Each garment is been hand-embroidered or embellished to enhance these 'dead-stock' garments and maintain each products individual intricacy.
